How was autojerks. Born?

Hi,

I am Saahil Kapoor, I am the founder of autojerks.

The need for a brand like autojerks was born years ago.

It all started when I started to develop a passion for the automobile. I was 6 years old and cars were all that I could think of. I was sketching cars, reading automotive magazines and watching Top Gear. and all that while, there was one Car-shaped space in my wardrobe for the automobile. And that was the lack of automotive fashion.

Clothing that I could wear, that appreciated and shared the love that I held for cars.

But I couldn’t find anything, and it became a suppressed thought in my mind as I departed on a journey toward being a transportation designer.

Years passed and I kept trying to fill this space with random Automotive Print T-shirts and Official branded merchandise, but neither could fulfil my desires. They were either too generic or too brand focused but didn’t talk about the cars I so dearly loved.

So after fulfilling my dream to become a Transportation Designer, going to Italy and working with brands like Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Lamborghini and Jaguar to name a few, I felt like I still don’t have something I can wear, that showcases my love for cars and celebrates the beautiful designs created by people like me.

And that’s when I took my experience as a transportation designer and thought to experiment and solve this 16-year-old problem of mine, create automotive fashion that I could wear, every single day and showcase my love for the design and the supercars that I have always loved since I was a kid.

And that’s how the inception of autojerks. took place.
